Domingo Hindoyan conducts the Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire in a vibrant program titled “Mille et une danses” at the Centre de Congrès in Angers on June 15 and 17, and at the Cité des Congrès in Nantes on June 18. The evening opens with Roberto Sierra’s Fandangos, a rhythmic showpiece Hindoyan has passionately championed, followed by Francis Poulenc’s radiant Gloria, featuring soprano Melody Louledjian. The second half of the program is devoted entirely to Rimsky-Korsakov’s enchanting symphonic suite “Shéhérazade”.
