May Concerts with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic

Domingo Hindoyan will lead the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra on May 12 and 15. The May 12 concert will feature the ouvertures of Wagner's Der fliegende Holländer and Lohengrin as well as the German composer's song cycle Wesendonck-Lieder, sung by Jennifer Johnston. The second part will consist of Schumann’s Symphony N.2. On May 15, Giuseppe Martucci’s La canzone dei ricordi will star Sonya Yoncheva at her debut in this song cycle. The concert will also include Verdi’s Overture to Luisa Miller and Schumann’s Symphony N.2. Following that, Domingo will lead two concerts featuring Mendelssohn's Overture, Ruy Blas, Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No.2 with soloist Sergei Babayan and Brahms' Symphony No.1 on May 26 and 28, 2022.
