Domingo Hindoyan and RLPO at the BBC Proms

On August 7, 2025, Domingo Hindoyan conducts the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra at London’s Royal Albert Hall for the BBC Proms. The program features Dvořák’s ever-popular Symphony No. 9 in E minor, “From the New World”, alongside the European premiere of Adolphus Hailstork’s An American Port of Call, Jennifer Higdon’s ethereal “Blue Cathedral”, and Arturo Márquez’s colorful, melody-rich “Concierto de otoño”, performed by celebrated Venezuelan trumpeter Pacho Flores. The concert will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 at 7:30 p.m. local time, as well as on television on BBC Four on August 7 at 8:00 p.m. local time.
