Carmen at the Zurich Opera

Domingo Hindoyan launches an event-packed and prestigious 2026 by conducting Bizet’s Carmen at the Opernhaus Zürich. Returning to Zurich to conduct his first opera there, following the ballet Petruschka/Sacre, Domingo leads a production by Andreas Homoki, starring Elīna Garanča in the title role, with Stanislas de Barbeyrac as Don José, Olga Peretyatko as Micaëla, and Ildebrando D’Arcangelo as Escamillo.
