Domingo Hindoyan opens season of Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava

Domingo Hindoyan opens the 2021/22 season of the Janáček Philharmonic Ostrava in a concert at the Dům kultury města in Ostrava on October 7. The program includes Soňa Vetchá's "Cuts", Ravel's "Shéhérazade" with soprano Kateřina Kněžíková and Rimsky-Korsakov's "Sheherazade", Symphonic Suite Op. 35. The following day, Domingo and the Janáček Philharmonic travel to Bratislava to repeat part of the program in a guest performance at the Bratislava Music Festival. Instead of "Cuts", the orchestra and Domingo perform Dvořák's "Karneval" on the occasion of this second concert.
